摘　　要：随着涂料的环保化、高性能化、多功能化,对涂料发展提出新的要求,采用水性无机富锌涂料做底漆,配套水性氟碳面漆,用于钢结构、桥梁等金属防腐蚀工程中,可到达低挥发性有机物(VOC)排放,涂层性能优越,具有长效防腐性和耐候性、一定的阻燃性能,综合效果高于普通的溶剂型环氧-氟碳防腐体系.介绍了钢结构防护用的水性无机-氟碳防腐蚀体系研制工艺及应用情况.With the requirnlents of environmental protection, high-performance and muhi-functional development, there are many new standards put forward. The waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings are used as primer with waterborne fluorocarbon as topcoat matc- hing, which is used for steel structure, bridge and other metal corrosion protection engineering. Such coatings have the low VOC emis- sion, excellent performance, long-lasting anti-corrosion, the weathering resistance, the flame retardant performance. Comprehensive effect of the coatings is higher than that of solvent type epoxy-Common fluorocarbon anticorrosion system, which can be introduced in wa- ter-borne inorganic-fluorocarbon anti-corrosion system development process and application of corrosion protection of steel structures.
