摘  要:目的 :观察电针夹脊穴对佐剂关节炎大鼠脊髓单胺类递质含量的影响。方法 :Wistar雄性大鼠 2 1只 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型组和电针夹脊穴加模型组。电针夹脊穴组针刺双侧L3 ~L5夹脊穴 ,接G6 80 5电针仪 ,频率 15赫兹 ,时间 2 0min ,隔日针刺 1次。于实验第 14d上午取脊髓组织 ,测定 5 -HT、DA、NA、5 -HIAA的含量。结果 :电针夹脊穴组脊髓 5 -HT、5 -HIAA含量均非常显著升高 ,脊髓NA、DA含量显著下降。结论Object:in order to observe the influence of Electro-Acupuncture on Jiaji poi nts on the content of spinal cords' monoamine neurotransmitter in adjuvant induc ed arthritis rats. Method:21male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal co ntrol group,model group and EA on Jiaji points plus model group.EA on Jiaj i points group punctured L 3~L 5 Jiaji points bilaterally,then the need les were conne cted with G6805 Electro-Acupuncture instrument for 20 minutes,frequancy 15 Hz,on e time every other day.At the 14th day morning,all rats'spinal cord were taken a nd the content of 5-HT,5-HIAA,NA,DA were tested. Result:Results showed that the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in EA group were remar kebly raised,and the content of NA and DA were remarkebly reduced. Conclusion:This result demonstrated monoamine neurotransmitter in spinal cord ta ke part in the regulation of EA analgesia in inflammation pain rats.
