健脾活血方对CCl_4高脂低蛋白诱导大鼠肝脂肪变性的影响

摘　　要：采用四氯化碳 (CCl4 )高脂低蛋白诱导大鼠肝脂肪变性模型 ,以东宝肝泰做对照 ,通过肝组织病理学、组织化学和电镜观察 ,肝组织甘油三酯、胆固醇、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及血清肝功能部分指标的检测 ,探讨健脾活血方治疗脂肪肝的效果及部分作用机理。结果显示 :健脾活血方可显著减轻肝组织损伤和脂肪变性程度 ,同时显著降低肝组织甘油三酯 ,提高SOD含量 ,提示健脾活血方有显著的抗肝脂肪变性作用 ,其作用机理可能与调节肝脏脂肪代谢和三羧酸循环 ,促进肝细胞线粒体内的脂肪酸Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpihuoxue Formula (JPHXF) on fat ty liver and to investigate its mechanism.Method:Fatty liver model was induced b y tetrachloride carbon (CCl 4) with high fat and low protein diet in rats. Afte r treated with JPHXF or Dongbaogantai (DBGT) as control.Sample of liver and blood in these rats were examined by means of histopathological,histochemica l and electronic-microscopic observation,as well as hepatic tissue triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) assay and some serum test. Result:The results showed that JPHXE could attenuate hepatic injury and hept atic steatosis significant ly,and could also decease the hepatic TG,elevate the superoxide dismutase (SOD) co ntent.Conclusion:These data imply that JPHXF has a good action on heptatic s teatosis,the mechanism of its action is mainly associated with adjusting metabol ism of liver fat and tricarboxylic acid cycle,as well as accelerating fatty acid β-oxidation in metochondria of hepatocyte and resisting lipoperoxidation.
