摘　　要：西北民族地区的妇女社会组织具有重要的地方治理功能,具有与其他地区妇女社会组织不同的特点:数量与规模较小,组织以妇联为依托,草根性质的组织发展空间有限,受民族宗教影响较大。呈现出的问题有:受传统的性别意识影响,民众缺乏慈善意识,政府缺乏倡导,组织内部治理不力等。Using qualitative research method to explore the characteristics of women＇s social organization and governance function in Northwest Minority Regions. Women social organization in NoL＇thwest Ethnic Regions has its own characteristics： small scale, single type of organization structure, mainly type with industry associations; Women＇s Federation as the basis, the limited development space of grass-roots organization; and influenced by ethnic and religious factors. Women social organizations in Northwest Ethnic Regions of have important local governance functions, which are reflected in the economic, political, cultural, social and other aspects.
