摘  要:火炮制退机是控制火炮受力和运动的关键部件,基于经典力学和经验公式的火炮后坐计算模型,有较大的局限和误差,且不能实现对制退机内流场参量分布的模拟计算。针对以上两个问题,提出采用计算流体力学和多软件协同仿真技术研究制退机故障的新方法。通过对制退机进行故障分析,建立基于两相流的制退机MATLAB/FLUENT协同仿真模型,对节制环磨损机理和制退杆活塞套磨损对火炮后坐运动的影响规律进行了仿真分析,为制退机故障机理和性能退化规律的进一步研究提供了有效途径。Recoil brake is an important device for artillery. However, the many limitations and errors exists in calculation model of artillery recoils because of basing on classical mechanics and empirical formulas. To solve the problems, a new method was proposed by adopting computational fluid dynamics and co - simulation technology of multi - software. Through the failure analysis of recoil brake, a MATLAB/FLUENT co - simulation model of recoil brake in two - phase theory was built. The wear mechanism of throttling ring and the influence of recoil bar piston bush wear on artillery recoil movement were simulated and analyzed. And it provides an effective way for the further research on failure mechanism and the law of performance degradation of recoil brake.
