摘 要:随着我国航空航天技术的飞速发展,对大型零部件的加工要求越来越高,旋压成形薄壁回转体零件的优势越来越明显,因此对大型旋压设备的需求越来越迫切。详细分析了目前研制大型数控强力旋压设备的技术难点,并给出了相应的解决方案。该项目研制的大型数控强力旋压机加工零件直径可达Φ2600 mm,主轴转速20~100 r·min-1,回转工作台直径可达Φ2800 mm。试验结果表明,在该设备上旋压成形零件的壁厚差仅为(3±0.06)mm,机床各项技术指标达到或超过了同期国际先进水平。With the rapid development of aerospace technology, the processing requirements of large parts are moving up, and the advan- tages of spinning technology to form the thin-walled rotary parts are more obvious. Consequently, the demands of large-scale spinning equipment become more and more urgent. The technical difficulties in the development of large NC spinning machine were analyzed in de- tail and the corresponding solutions were given. By the NC power spinning machine developed in the project, the diameter of formed parts can reach q^2600 mm, the spindle speed is among 20 -100 r ~ min-1 and the diameter of rotary worktable is up to q^2800 mm. The test results show that the wall thickness difference of product formed is only (3 + 0. 06) mm, and the various technical indexes of machine reaches or exceeds the international advanced levels.
