摘 要:对副仪表板本体后安装支架的冲压工艺性进行了分析,采用多工位级进模冲压生产。介绍了制件排样设计、模具结构设计及模具关键零部件设计。模具采用自动送料机构作粗定位、导正销精定位及2种浮料装置,保证了送料精度。采用阶梯冲裁,降低了冲载力。凸、凹模镶块材料选用DC53,提高了模具寿命和减少加工工序。目前模具运行情况良好,产品质量稳定,达到了预期效果。The stamping technological characteristics of installing bracket behind accessory instrument panel ontology was analyzed, and the multi - position progressive die was used for production. The design of part layout, die structure and key components were introduced. The automatic feeding mechanism to coarse positioning, accurate positioning by pilot pin and two types of floating material device were used to guarantee the feeding precision. The way of step punching was used to reduce punching force. The material of DC53 was used for punch and female die insert to improve die life and reduce machining operations. The results show that the die is running well and the quality of product is retentive, which meets the anticipate effect.
