摘 要:利用液压胀形与折叠工艺将圆管成形为变径管,成形后变径管的中管存在圆锥台、倒圆锥台、圆柱壳3种类型。不同类型的中管受到轴向压缩后的变形模式不同,随着加载位移的不断增大,所产生的自由翻转力大小和平稳程度也不相同。通过比较外管内翻和内管外翻的难易程度,研究不同变径管下的变形模式,对3种类型的变径管在轴向位移作用下的翻转力和中管的平稳程度进行了数值模拟和实验研究。数值模拟结果与实验结果一致,中管为圆柱壳的变径管在自由翻转时变形模式最理想。In the process of forming from tube to variable-diameter tube by hydraulic bulging and folding, there are three kinds of variable- diameter tubes, including truncated cone, inverted truncated cone and cylindrical shell. Different variable-diameter tubes have different modes of deformation by axial compression. With the increase of loading displacement, free inversion force and the degree of smoothing are not the same. Comparing the difficult degree of outer tube roiled to inner tube with inner tube rolled to outer tube, and studying modes of deformation for different variable-diameter tubes, numerical simulation and experimental study were conducted to study the t^ee inver- sion force and the degree of smoothing for different variable-diameter tubes under the axial displacement. Numerical simulation and experi- mental study matched well, and it is concluded that variable-diameter tube which has cylindrical shell is the best.
