摘 要:通过等温热压缩试验获得了挤压态3Cr20Ni10W2耐热合金高温热塑性变形的真应力一应变曲线。结合Arrhenius双曲正弦本构方程,通过线性回归分析求解得到不同变形条件下本构模型中的热变形激活能Q,材料常数n、仅及A,从而构建了用于表征3Cr20Ni10W2耐热合金流变应力与应变量、温度、应变速率之间内在关系的本构方程。流变应力的预测值与试验值较吻合,而且预测的最大相对误差为7.99%,相关系数为0.995。True stress-strain data of 3Cr20Ni10W2 alloy at elevated temperatures were obtained through isothermal compression experiment. By the diverse linear regression for hyperbolic sine equation in Arrhenius type, deformation activation energy Q, materials constants n, a and A under different deforming conditions were calculated. And then the constitutive equation of the 3Cr20Ni10W2 alloy for description of the relationships among flow stress, strain, strain rate and temperature were constructed. The results show that the flow stress predicated by the proposed model agrees well with the experimental results, and the maximum relative tolerance is only 7.45% and correlation coefficient is 0. 995.
