摘 要:采用非线性有限元法对18CrNiMo7-6钢端淬过程进行模拟。数值模拟中水淬边界参数通过"热传导逆向迭代逼近法"获取,空冷面的热交换综合考虑空气的辐射和对流影响,空冷边界参数的加载基于传热学理论推导的函数。数值模拟的18CrNiMo7-6钢端淬组织、硬度与试验结果接近,表明本文采用的数值计算方法具有较高精度。A non-linear finite element method was used to simulate the end-quenching process of 18CrNiMo7-6 gear steel. The heat transfer coefficient (HTC) on water quenched surface was obtained based on the inverse heat transfer methods--the iterative approximation method. The influences of radiation and air convection on air cooling were considered. The air cooling HTC in function form deduced from the heat transfer theory was loaded. Experiments were conducted in order to obtain microstructure and hardness of the specimen. The results prove that the finite element modeling results are in good agreement with the experimental values.
