阴茎海绵体造影诊断静脉阳萎22例分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨静脉性阳萎的阴茎海绵体造影分型表现。方法　分析了经手术证实的 2 2例静脉性阳萎患者阴茎海绵体造影表现。结果　发现各种类型的静脉漏 2 6例次 ,其中 :双静脉漏型 16例 ,占 6 1.5 % ,有 3例同时存在其他类型的静脉漏 ;单静脉漏型 1例 ,占 3.85 % ;阴茎脚静脉漏型 4例 ,占 15 .4% ;海绵体混合型静脉漏 1例 ,占 3 .85 % ;异常静脉漏 2例 ,占 7.7% ;另有 2例不能归上述 5型 ,表现为双静脉漏存在的同时显示了海绵体静脉漏 ,占 7.7%。Objective To discuss the manifestation of cavernorography for venogenic impotence. Methods 22 patients of venogenic impotence were treated by surgery. Analyzed the cavernorography of these patients. Results There were 26 cases of venous leakge.Even venous leakge was found in 16cases(61.5%), including three cases which accompanyed with other type of venous leakage;Odd venous leakage in 1 case(3.85%); crural penis venous leakge in 4 cases( 15. 4%); Mixed patten carernous venous leakage in 1 case ( 3. 85%); Abnormity venous leakage in 2 cases ( 7. 7%); Even venous leakage and carernous venous leakage were concomitant in 2 case(7.7%). Conclusion The concurrence of even venous leakage and carernous venous leakage must beattached importance to.
