摘　　要：介绍《空军工程大学学报》稿件"三审制"的方法和实施要点。编辑初审、专家复审、定稿会终审这一审稿制度的全面实施,为提高稿件的学术质量提供了有力保障,这也是打造精品期刊的有效途径。In order to improve the editing efficiency and accuracy of sci-tech journals, ensure the academic quality, this paper introduces the triditing system and key points of Journal of Air Force Engineering University. A thorough implementation of the triditing system provides guarantee for improving academic quality of journals, and is also an effective way to create leading journals.
