摘　　要：科技期刊编务人员服务意识的强弱已成为衡量该编辑部工作质量好坏的重要标尺之一。本文以《热带作物学报》为例,就科技期刊编务人员的服务意识及其与期刊发展的关系进行探讨,以期为科技期刊的良性发展提供参考。Make up the strength of the service personnel service consciousness has become a measure of the editorial board of this journal and important yardstick of quality. In this paper, the sci- tech journal editor personnel service consciousness related aspects are summarized.
