基于VDI2230的某型柴油机缸盖螺栓紧固规范研究

摘　　要：基于德标VDI2230对本单位现开发的轻型高速柴油机缸盖螺栓初始扭矩及紧固转角进行计算。在计算过程中,借助某著名发动机研究院提供的经验,对德标中的计算方法进行了修正,最终得到缸盖螺栓在塑性段区域工作时的初始扭矩及紧固转角范围,指导发动机装配时的缸盖螺栓紧固。The initial torque and tightening angle of cylinder head bolts for a light-duty high-speed diesel engine were calculated based on VDI2230. During the calculation, the bolt tightening method of VDI2230 was modified based on the experience of a famous engine research institute. The available range of initial torque and tightening angle were gotten while the cylinder head bolts were working on the plastic region, and which could guide the tightening of cylinder head bolts during the engine assembly.
