黄芪注射液预防大剂量顺铂对肾功损害的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨黄芪注射液对大剂量顺铂化疗所致肾毒性的防护作用。方法：８３例患者分为黄芪实验组和 ＳＴＳ解救对照组，比较两组化疗后肾功能（ＢＵＮ、Ｃｒ等）的变化及血清总蛋白、白蛋白的含量。结果：化疗后两组肾功能之间无明显差异（ Ｐ＞ ０． ０５），而黄芪实验组能明显提高血清白蛋白及总蛋白的含量（Ｐ＜０ ．０５）。结论：黄芪对大剂量顺铂化疗所造成的肾毒性有明显的防护作用。Objective: It is to explore the effect of astragalus membrances(AM) in ameliorating nephrotoxity induced by cisplatin. Methods: 83 patients were randomized into combined group using the combination cisplatin with AM and control roup using STS. Brood urea nitrogen, serumal creatinine and so on were measured. Results: Renal function of which had given cisplatin with AM was not significantly different from those of which had received cisplatin with STS(P >O. 05). TP and AL were significantly improved in combined group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The data from clinical trail demonstrates that AM can ameliorate cisplatin-induced nephroxicity.
