摘　　要：对规范关于实现强柱弱梁的诸措施进行了理解、分析,同时对规范中条文的理论操作方法和实践中的简便操作方法进行了论述,并提出了其他的措施以保证实现强柱弱梁的延性框架设计。Abstract ： The articles about strong column-weak beam of the code is comprehended and analyzed, theoretic and the easier practice method of op- eration is discussed, other measures are put forward to ensure that ferroconcrete frame structure should be designed into ductile one which is strung column-weak beam.
