摘 要:再生集料半刚性基层沥青路面在重复荷载及环境因素影响作用下,经历整体、板体、块体和散体的复杂状态。提出了基于三阶段设计方法的耐久性再生集料半刚性基层沥青路面结构设计,并进行了相关的计算分析。结果表明,三阶段结构设计更能体现再生集料半刚性基层沥青路面结构层在不同阶段对应的路面寿命。分阶段选用的材料参数与实际路面结构层材料的工作状态基本吻合,设计的路面结构使用状况比现行采用弯沉值作为唯一设计参数设计的路面结构更符合现实,更能准确地反映了路面结构状态的发展过程。The asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base using recycled concrete aggregates changed from a whole unit to plates, then to blocks and finally to granules, under both the influences of repeat loads and environmental factors. For this situation, 3 stage design method was adopted to design the asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base. The design result is further discussed and analyzed, indicated that the 3 stage design method calculated the life of the pavement in each steps. In the procedure of 3 stage design method, material parameters were inputted in each step, such as different loading forces to the structure layers and different modulus of resilience. It was coincided with the real materials performance in different step, hence the design procedure simulated the change of material performance precise and the result was more accurate than the current method which took deflection as the only de-sign criteria.
