玉米花粉多糖抑制肿瘤的作用效应研究

摘　　要：本文通过对小白鼠皮下S -180移植型肿瘤抑制作用的研究 ,证明花粉多糖有明显的抑制肿瘤作用 ,在注射剂量为0.5mL、花粉含量为5mg 时 ,抑瘤率可以达到74 %。结果提示 ,静脉注射相对于其他方式来说是最好的途径 。The result is obvious from the study on the polysacchrides of Maize pollen(PPM) inhibiting effect to the proliferation of S-180 cells,the inhibiting rate can reach 74% when the pollen concentration is 5 mg in a 0.5mL dose.Compared to other research results,it shows that the v.i. approach is the best, and more the pollen’s effect shows the best just in a limited range of concentration.
