摘　　要：版权政策的建构与执行是图书馆版权管理体系的重要组成部分。国外部分图书馆的版权政策已经相当成熟,并富有特色。我国图书馆与国外图书馆相比,在版权政策建设的诸多方面还存在差距,应从推动版权声明向版权政策转变、科学安排版权政策的体系架构、不断完善版权政策的内容,以及着力提升版权政策的执行效力等方面进一步加强版权政策建设。The construction and execution of copyright policy are the important part of the library copyright management systems. Parts of the for- eign library＇s copyright policy are already quite mature and distinctive. Compared with foreign libraries of the library, there is a gap in many aspects of copyright policy construction in China, it should strengthen the construction of copyright policy from aspects of promoting the change from copyright statement to the copyright policy, scientifically designing the arrangements architecture of copyright policy, and constantly improving the copyright poli- cy content, as well as improving the implementation effectiveness of copyright policy.
