摘  要:以内蒙古准格尔旗高岭石为主剂,添加粉煤灰酸浸液,针对不同水质合成了不同n(Al3+)/n(Fe3+)的复合阳离子无机高分子絮凝剂———聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)。产品状态有液体和固体2种。液体呈红棕色,密度为1.20~1.84 g/cm3,盐基度为37.54%~49.13%,w(Al3+)≥8.28%,w(Fe3+)≥2.36%。产品经Ferron逐时络合光度法测得w(Alb)≥75.83%、w(Feb)≥71.75%;IR谱显示产品PAFC中既有羟基桥联的铝,又有羟基桥联的铁。絮凝实验结果表明,产品PAFC有较好的絮凝效果和较快的沉降速度。The composite cationic inorganic high-molecular flocculant PAFC (polymeric aluminum ferric chloride) having different n (A13~ )/n (Fe3+) molar ratios, according to different water quality, has been synthesized, by way of using coal kaolinite of Zhun Geer Banner of Inner Mongolia as main reagent and adding fly ash pickle liquor. The products are in two states:liquid and solid. The PAFC in liquid phase is reddish-brown, its density is 1.20-1.84 g/cm3, bacicity 37.54%-49.13%, and w (AI3+) ≥ 8.28%, w (Fe3+) ≥ 2.36%. The mass fraction of Alb and Feb is higher than 75.83% and 71.75% respectively by the method of Ferron complex spectrophotometry. IR spectrum shows that the product has both Al3+ bridged by hydroxyl group and Fe3+bridged by hydroxyl group. PAFC has good floeculation effect and degradation rate.
