摘 要:针对绥中36-1油田油藏条件,开展了纳滤软化海水与绥中36-1油田地层水及油藏的配伍性研究。利用scaleChem结垢软件对软化海水在不同温度、压力下的结垢倾向进行了预测,并进行了岩芯伤害性实验。结果表明:软化海水在温度为65℃条件下,压力为0-20MPa范围内,没有结垢物质生成,在压力为12MPa条件下,温度为0-100℃范围内,也没有结垢物质生成;软化海水可以任意比例与地层水混合,无沉淀生成;软化海水的渗透率伤害仅为11.9%.对地层为弱伤害。纳滤软化海水可用于海上油田注水。Base on Bohai SZ 36-10ilfield conditions, the research on the compatibility of nano-fihration softened seawater with the formation water and reservoir of SZ 36-10ilfield has been developed. A scaling software called ScaleChem is used for predicting the scaling tendency under different temperatures and pressures, and the harmful- ness test of drill core is also carried out. The results show that no scale has been formed when the temperature of soft- ened seawater is 65 °C ,and pressure is in range of 0-20 MPa. When pressure is 12 MPa and temperature is in range of 0-100 °C, there has been no scale formation ,either. Softened seawater can be mixed with formation water in any arbitrary proportions, without forming any precipitation. Furthermore, the permeability damage of softened seawater is only 11.9% ,having weak damage to stratum. It could be concluded that nano-filtration softened seawater can be applied to offshore oilfield iniecti,n.
