摘　　要：通过对2009年以来SCI收录我国理科期刊的基金项目资助论文进行统计分析,重点针对其基金资助情况、论文被引频次以及作者机构数量给出基金重复资助论文的科学定义,以期发现我国目前基金项目资助的规律、存在的问题并提出相关建议,为国家科技资源的合理分配和规范管理基金重复资助等方面提供参考依据。Statistics and analysis of funded papers were studied by using the data published in Chinese science journals since 2009, especially the paper＇ s grants, citation frequency and the number of affiliations. The duplicated funding paper was defined comprehensively. Suggestions were given to assign the scientific resources reasonably and avoid the duplicated grants.
