摘  要:采用Pro/E建立某履带式自行火炮的实体模型,通过软件间的数据接口将模型导入到ADAMS中,在ADAMS中对模型施加相应的约束得到自行火炮的多体动力学模型。尔后通过设定适当的仿真参数,分别对火炮在0°射向、不同射角工况下的射击过程进行动力学仿真分析,得出炮塔内某仪器安装位置在不同射击条件下的振动响应。通过对仿真数据的提取,绘制出火炮射角响应谱曲线,得到了0°射向时取得最大响应峰值的射角参数,为后续的研究提供了条件。The solid model of the crawler self-propelled gun was built through Pro/Engineer, and then it was imported into ADAMS through the data interface between software. By imposing appropriate constraints on the model, the multi-body dynamics of the self-propelled gun was built in ADAMS. Later, dynamics simulation analysis of the gun firing process at 0 degree direction and different angles was done by setting the appropriate simulation parameters to get the vibration response of an instrument installed position within the turret under different shooting conditions. By extracting the simulation data, the gun shooting angle response spectrum curve was drawn. Then, the shooting state corresponds to an angle conditions was found which obtained the maximum response peak at 0 degree direction. Naturally, this has provided the foundation for the follow-up study.
