不同规模医院门诊抗菌药物应用对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对郑州大学第五附属医院福华街卫生服务中心和郑州大学人民医院2家医院门诊抗菌药物应用情况进行统计、分析,了解门诊患者抗菌药物应用情况,为规范抗菌药物合理应用提供依据。方法:随机抽取2家医院2013年门诊处方各1 200张,调查其用药情况。结果:郑州大学第五附属医院福华街卫生服务中心和郑州大学人民医院处方平均用药品种数分别为2.66和1.96种;抗菌药物使用率分别为28.25%(339/1 200)和9.67%(116/1 200);处方平均药品金额分别为135.86和277.41元;抗菌药物处方平均金额为55.88和189.78元;单用一种抗菌药物处方各占应用抗菌药物处方总数的98.5%和93.1%,联用抗菌药物处方各占应用抗菌药物处方总数的1.5%和6.9%。结论:不同规模医院的抗菌药物指标差异较大,大医院处方平均金额、抗菌药物处方平均金额偏大,更应加强对抗菌药物应用的管理。OBJECTIVE：To statistically analyze the outpatient antibiotic use in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University Fuhua Street Health Center versus in Zhengzhou University People＇ s Hospital to provide references for standardizing rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： 1 200 outpatient prescriptions in each of the two hospitals were randomly sampled in 2013 for analysis of the drug use. RESULTS ： In the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University Fuhua Street Health Center vs. in Zhengzhou University People＇ s Hospital, an average of 2.66 vs. 1.96 antibiotics were prescribed, with antibiotic use rate of 28.25% （339/1 200） vs. 9.67% （116/ 1 200）, average drug consumption sum per prescription of 135.86 vs, 277.41 Yuan, average antibiotic consumption sum per prescription of 55.88 vs. 189. 78 Yuan, rate of single antibiotic use prescriptions of 98. 5% vs. 93.1%, and the rate of combined use of antibiotics of 1.5% vs. 6. 9%. CONCLUSION ： The antibiotic indicators varied in different scale of hospitals. Management on antibiotic use in large scale hospital should be more strengthened because in which the average drug consumption sum and average consumption sum of antibiotics per prescription was on the high side.
