摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定地锦喷雾剂中芦丁、槲皮素和山柰酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液(50:50),体积流量为1.0ml/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温为30℃;自动进样器进样,进样量为10μl。结果:芦丁质量浓度在1.953~39.060μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(R^2=1,n=6),平均回收率为98.53%(RSD=1.12%,n=9);槲皮素质量浓度在1.976~39.526μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(R^2=1,n=6),平均回收率为98.66%(RSD=1.09%,n=9);山柰酚质量浓度在1.822~36.442μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(R^2=1,n=6),平均回收率为98.91%(RSD=1.53%,n=9)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确稳定,专属性强,可用于地锦喷雾剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of eldrin, quercetin and kaempferol in Euphorbia humifusa Spray. METHODS : The separation of samples was performed on Inertsil ODS-3 (250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5μm) and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 3% phosphoric acid solution (50: 50) at volumetric flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength of 360 nm, column temperature of 30 ℃ and the injection volume (in automatic sampler) of 10 μl. RESULTS : The linear range of eldrin was h 953-39. 060 μg/ml ( R^2 = 1, n = 6 ) with average recovery of 98.53% (RSD = 1.12%, n =9) ; the linear range of quercetin was 1. 976-39. 526 μg/ml (R^2 = 1, n =6) with average recovery of 98.66% (RSD = 1.09% , n = 9), and the linear range of kaempferol was 1. 822-36. 442 μg/ml (R^2 = 1, n =6) with average recovery rate of 98. 91% (RSD = 1.53%, n =9). CONCLUSION: The method is easy and simple to operate, accurate and stable in results and specific, thus it is applicable for the quality control of Euphorbia humifusa Spray.
