摘  要:目的研究非工作状态风载荷的不同加载方式对柔性附着动臂塔式起重机的影响.方法依据相关规范对风载荷定义的不同,采用不同的加载方式,对动臂塔式起重机进行静力分析,对结果进行比较;分析《GB/T3811-2008起重机设计规范》中风压高度变化系数等因素对非工作状态风载荷的影响.结果计算出的吊臂非工作状态最大风载荷比依据《GB/T13752-92塔式起重机设计规范》计算的非工作状态风载荷增大2倍多,应力增大了22.8%,位移增大了1倍多.结论《GB/T3811-2008起重机设计规范》定义下的非工作状态风载荷对塔式起重机强度、刚度和稳定性影响更大;风压高度变化系数是非工作状态风载荷的重要影响因素.The paper is to analyze the influence of wind load in non-work status of by different tod loading to flexibly attached movable arm type tower crane and probe the influence factors of wind load in non-work status of GB/T3811 -2008 Crane Design Specifications. According to the different definitions of wind load in different standards, using different loading on movable arm type tower crane for static analysis to compare the result. According to the definition of wind load in non-work status of GB/T3811 - 2008 Crane Design Specifications, the influence is analyzed that changeable wind pressure height coefficient gives to wind load in non-work status. The result shows that wind load under changeable wind pressure height coefficient is 2 times bigger than that calculates by GB/T 13752 -92 Design Rules for Tower Cranes, the stress increased by 22. 8 % and displacement increased by one time. The conclusion indicafes that wind load in non-working sta- tus under GB/T3811 -2008 Crane Design Specifications has a great impact on tower crane strength, stiffness as well as stability, and the changeable wind pressure height coefficient is an important influence factor of non-working status wind load.
