摘　　要：林业可持续发展是目前国内外讨论的一个热点．林地可持续经营是林业可持续发展的一个重要基础。本文结合实例探讨了林地可持续经营投资项目评价的特点、过程与方法．并据此筛选出杉木多代萌芽林地可持续经营优化模式──杉阔轮栽模式。To develop a sustainable forestry is a focus problem all over the world. and the sustainable management of forest land is an important part of it. The feature. process, and method of investment item of sustainable management for forest land were discussed, an example of sustainable management patterns was presented also. according to an optimum sustainable management pattern-planting Chinese fir and broadleaf forest alternatively in the site of Chinese fir sprout forest which has gone through several asexual generations of the same species
