摘　　要：当今世界的医务社会工作成熟于美国,以美国开展医务社会工作的发展过程、社会福利制度、功能定位、条件、挑战和发展等几方面为切入点,列举了马萨诸塞州总医院和加州大学-旧金山医学中心开展医务社会工作的实例。提出当前我国的医务社会工作已经逐步走入实践探索阶段,借鉴美国成熟经验,在医务社会工作实践发展的起步阶段,最佳介入点是医院,和谐医患关系是其优先介入领域,探索符合中国国情的医务社会工作制度是未来社会工作制度创新的重点和难点。Today , world＇s medical social work matured in the United States, which gave an overview about the medical social work＇s development process, social welfare system, functional orientation, conditions and challenges in American hospital and took Massachusetts General Hospital and University of California, San Francisco medical center which carry out medical social work as an example. Then, some proposals were put forward, because Chinese medical social work was still in early stage, the best intervention point of medical social work was in hospital, create harmonious doctor-patient relationship was the prior intervention field. And exploring medical social work system which accords with the situation of China is the emphasis and difficulty in system innovation of social work.
