摘  要:黄水沟分洪枢纽溢洪堰底栏栅消能曾采用硅粉混凝土和铺设橡胶的方式,但由于混凝土刚性材料与橡胶的连接及橡胶老化等原因,不能满足要求。后采用钢钻杆,按水流方向纵排列布置于底板之上来抗冲砸,因钢钻杆强度极高,但造价不高,与钢结构和混凝土连接牢固,对巨石冲砸起到了十分满意的效果。本文对此加以介绍。Abstract: Silica powder concrete and rubber laying mode were adopted in Huangshuigou Flood Diversion Hinge Spillway Weir Bottom Grid Energy Dissipation Project. However, the method can not meet the requirements due to connection between concrete rigid materials and rubber, rubber aging and other reasons. Steel drill rods were adopted, which are arranged vertically and transversely on the bottom board according to water flow direction for resisting crash. Steel drill rods can sufficiently resist crash of huge stone since they have extremely high strength, low cost and firm connection with steel structure and concrete. Concrete conditions will be introduced in the paper.
