摘 要:采用CI-600根系监测系统,在内蒙古大学草地生态学研究基地对人工种植的黄花苜蓿不同生长季的根系形态特征变化进行分析,结果表明:黄花苜蓿根系表面积与根系长度呈线性相关,根系投影面积、根系体积、根尖数随着根系长度的增加而增加;黄花苜蓿根系主要分布在14~28cm范围内,且在14~28cm土层根系各项形态指标最大;同年6月份到8月份,随着时间的增加根系形态特征各项指标数值均增加.The experiment was conducted in the grassland ecology research base of Inner Mongolia U- niversity. Changes of root morphological characteristics of Medicago falcata L. in different growing sea- sons were analyzed by CI-600 root monitoring system. The results indicated that there was a linear correla- tion between root surface area and root length. With the increase of root length, root projected area, root volume and number of root tip were increasing. The roots mainly distributed in the soil layer from 14cm to 28cm, the morphological indexes were the maximal in 14--28cm soil layer. Values of these root morpho- logical characteristics indexes increased from June to August with the progression of growing season.
