摘  要:以乐食高丹草(Sorghum vulgare×S.sudanense‘ Everlush’)为原料,研究不同添加剂(尿素、食盐)对高丹草青贮品质和发酵进程的影响.结果表明:青贮30d后,随着尿素添加比例的增加,中性洗涤纤维含量呈下降的趋势;食盐处理与尿素处理呈相似趋势.粗蛋白质含量随尿素添加比例的增加而上升,1.5%尿素处理组粗蛋白质含量最高可达19.00%,显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05),对照组的粗蛋白质含量最低.综合考虑所有指标,尿素的最适添加比例为0.5%~1%,食盐以添加0.6%~0.8%为宜.Sorghum vulgare × S. sudanense cv.'Everlush' was used as raw materials and the effects of different additives (urea, salt) on silage quality and fermentation process of Sorghum-Sudangrass were studied. The results showed that after 30days, there was a downward trend in the content of neutral deter- gent fiber under adding higher ratio urea treatments. Salt treatment groups were similar to the former trend. Content of crude protein in 1.5% urea group was the highest(19.00%), significantly higher than other groups (P 〈 0.05), While control group had was 0.5%-1% of urea as well as 0.6%-0.8% of sal Key words.
