摘  要:目的 探讨针灸对骨质疏松性骨质愈合的作用。方法 采用 12月龄雌性大鼠 6 0只 ,摘除双侧卵巢法建立骨质疏松模型 ,造模 3个月后作右股骨中段闭合骨折 ,随机分为对照组、模型组、雌二醇组、针刺组、艾灸组 ,分别于骨折后 7、14、2 8天处死 ,并进行血清生化、骨痂BMP和组织学的观察。结果 骨折后第 14天S E2 、S BGP含量及BMP光密度值 ,针刺组和艾灸组较模型组之间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,至 2 8天接近对照组 ;14天时软骨细胞及破骨细胞数量模型组较针刺组、艾灸组和雌二醇组稍多 ;2 8天时 ,各组骨痂均较成熟 ,但模型组呈疏松化表现。结论 针灸具有促进骨质疏松性骨质愈合的作用。Objective To investigate therapeutical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on fracture healing of osteoporosis in animal models.Methods Female rats aged 12 months were ovariectomized bilaterally for the production of osteoporotic models,closed fracture were produced at middle shaft of the right femur three months after bilateral ovariectomy.Then they were divided randomly into 5 groups:control group,model group,estradiol group,acupuncture group and moxibustion group.The animals were sacrificed at 7,14 and 28 days after fracture.Histological study,serum biochemical examination,bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) in callus were observed.Results Serum estradiol(S E 2),serum bone growth protein (S BGP) and light density of BMP in acupuncture group and moxibustion group were significantly higher than those of model group(P<0 05) on the 14th day after fracture.On the 28th day,S E 2,S BGP and BMP in acupuncture group and moxibustion group were close to those of control group.On the 14th day,the amount of cartilage cells and osteoclasts in the model group was a little more than that of acupuncture group,moxibustion group and estradiol group.On the 28th day,calluses were all mature in each group,however,only in the model group they were in porous.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion have the effect of promoting fracture healing in animal models of osteoporsis.
