硅溶胶固含量对Al_2O_3-SiC浇注料性能的影响

摘　　要：以5～3、3—1和≤1mm的特级矾土熟料及≤1mm的SiC为骨料，以白刚玉粉（≤0．074mm）、SiC粉（≤0．088mm）、活性α-Al2O3微粉和SiO2微粉为基质，在Al2O3-SiC浇注料常规配方的基础上，研究了硅溶胶固含量对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明：随着硅溶胶固含量的增加，浇注料的流动性逐渐增大，初凝时间逐渐缩短，显气孔率略有减小，110和815℃热处理后抗折强度和耐压强度略有增大，1100和1400℃热处理后抗折强度和耐压强度略有减小，抗渣性能有所增强。The Al2O3-SiC castable specimens were prepared using special bauxite clinkers （5-3,3-1, ≤1 mm） and silicon carbide （≤ 1 mm） as aggregates,white corundum powder （≤0. 074 mm）, silicon carbide powder （≤0.088 mm）,active α-Al2O3 micropowder and microsilica as matrix. Effect of solid content of silica sol on properties of Al2O3-SiC castables was studied. The results show that.with solid content of silica sol increasing,the flowability of the specimens improves gradually,the initial setting time shortens, and the apparent porosity decreases slightly, the modulus of rupture and crushing strength of the speci- mens slightly increase after heat treatment at 110 or 815℃,while they slightly decrease and the slag resist- ance improves a little after heat treatment at 1 100℃ or 1400℃.
