摘 要:采用化学复合镀工艺,在碳钢表面制备了Ni-P-MoS2和Ni-P-CaF2复合镀层,并对镀层进行热处理.本课题主要对两种复合镀层在高温时的摩擦磨损性能进行对比分析,并将其与Ni-P镀层的摩擦磨损性能进行比对,讨论工作温度对复合镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响,并阐述了镀层在不同温度下的磨损机理.结果表明:当温度从常温升至500℃左右时,Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层的摩擦学性能较优,Ni-P-CaF2复合镀层和Ni-P镀层次之,Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层在高温摩擦磨损时表面生成一层致密的氧化膜起到很好的减摩作用.Ni-P- MoS2 and Ni- P- CaF2 composite coatings were deposited on AISI- 1045 steel plate by electroless plating. Tribological performances of composite coatings heat treated at 300 ℃for 2 h were investigated using a pin - on - disk configuration using Ni - P coating as reference. The influence of testing temperature on the friction and wear behaviors of coatings was discussed and wear mechanisms were analyzed at elevated temperatures. The results indicate that tribological performances of Ni - P - MoS2 and Ni - P - CaF2 composite coatings were superior to that of Ni - P coating with the increase of temperature from room temperature to 500 ℃. The tribological characteristic Ni - P - MoS2 composite was better than that of Ni - P coating. A dense oxide film formed at the high temperature on the surface of Ni - P - MoS2 composite coating decreased friction.
