摘　　要：先天性门静脉缺如是临床上十分罕见的门静脉先天性胚胎发育异常，由于该疾病缺乏特征性临床表现，容易造成误诊、漏诊。2013年2月宁波市第一医院收治了1例先天性门静脉部分缺如伴肝脏重塑患者，总结其增强CT检查表现，探讨影像学检查对该疾病的诊断价值，以提高临床医师对该疾病的认识。Congenital absence of portal vein is a kind of abnormal congenital embryonic development which is rarely seen in clinical practice. It is easily misdiagnosed due to the lack of characteristic clinical manifestations. In this article, the computed tomography findings of 1 patient with congenital absence of portal vein associated with remodeling of the liver were analyzed. The patient was admitted to the First Hospital of Ningbo in February 2013. Relevant literatures were reviewed to investigate the diagnostic value of imaging examination, and to imnrove the awareness of aur^eona on thi~ dlaa.se~
