摘  要:针对以往试验过程中皮肤不舒适感觉难以量化的问题,在UMT-II多功能摩擦磨损试验机上进行皮肤摩擦试验,利用NeXus-10生理反馈系统采集试验过程中受试者的各项生理数据(皮肤温度、皮肤电导、脑电),并以评分形式记录受试者在试验过程中出现的疼痛、牵扯和灼热感觉,分析各项生理指标与主观感觉之间的相关性,采用偏最小二乘回归方法(Partial least-squares regression,PLS)建立人体不适度感觉与各生理指标和摩擦刺激之间的模型公式,实现了人体皮肤在摩擦试验过程中对不适度感知的数值量化。Due to the discomfort sensation of human skin in previous friction experiments is difficult to evaluate quantitatively, the human skin tribological tests are carried out on an UMT-II multi-specimen test system in present study. The volunteers' physiological signals (skin temperature, conductance and electroencephalogram) are collected by using a physiological feedback system NeXus-10. Corresponding discomfort setisations of pain, drag and heat emerging in the test are recorded by scoring. The correlation between the physiological indices and subjective sensation is analyzed, and a model equation, based on the partial least-squares regression, is constructed with the illustration of human discomfort sensation versus physiological indices and tribological stimulus. By using the model equation, the discomfort perception during skin tribological tests can be evaluated quantitatively.
