扶正抗癌法对晚期转移性结直肠癌生存期及生存质量的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正抗癌法对晚期转移性结直肠癌患者生存期及生存质量的影响。方法:采用非随机配对研究的方法,治疗组口服刘嘉湘教授扶正抗癌中药汤剂,对照组服用平消片,21 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。治疗结束后定期随访,评价生存期、生存质量和中医证候改善情况。结果:治疗组中位生存期为24.03个月,对照组为18.97个月,治疗组较对照组延长5.06个月;QLQ-30比较显示,在躯体功能、情绪功能及角色功能方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);KPS评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),且在疼痛、恶心呕吐、便秘与腹泻、疲倦、失眠等临床症状方面治疗组较对照组明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:扶正抗癌法能提高晚期转移性结直肠癌患者的中位生存期,缓解中医临床症状,改善患者的生存质量。Objective：To observe the＂strengthening healthy qi to against cancer method＂on overall survival and QOL in patients with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer.Methods：By nonrandom paired method,patients in treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine with strengthening healthy qi and anticancer effects,and patients in control group were treated with＂Pingxiao Tablets＂,with one course of 21 days,and lasted for 2 courses,with follow-up visit.The overall survival,quality of life and TCM symptoms were observed.Results：The median survival time was 24.03 months in treatment group and was 18.97 months in control group,and the median survival time in treatment group was longer than that of the controls.The QLQ-30 showed that the physical function,emotional function and role function in treatment group were better than that of the controls（ P 0.01 or P 0.05）; the KPS scores showed that the symptoms of pain,nausea and vomiting,constipation and diarrhea,fatigue and insomnia in treatment group were improved markedly（ P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion：＂Strengthening healthy qi to against cancer method＂can improve the median survival time,quality of life,and relieve TCM symptoms in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
