五桑饮治疗糖尿病的临床疗效及生活质量评价

摘　　要：目的:观察五桑饮治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将112例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对照组给予西医综合降糖措施治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服五桑饮治疗,疗程均为12周。比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平的变化,采用糖尿病患者生活质量特异性量表(DSQL)评价患者的生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组患者的FBG、2hBG、HbA1c水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的FBG、2hBG、HbA1c水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的DSQL总分及各维度评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的总分及生理功能、心理/精神维度的评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:五桑饮配合西医基础治疗能够更好地降低糖尿病患者的生化指标水平,同时有效改善患者的生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of＂Wusang Decoction＂in treating type 2 diabetes and its influence on life quality of patients.Methods：One hundred and twelve patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.Both groups were treated by western medicine treatment and the treatment group was treated with＂Wusang Decoction＂in addition,with a course of 12 weeks.The levels of fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose（ 2hBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1c） were detected,and the quality of life was evaluated by diabetes specific quality of life scale（ DSQL）.Results：After treatment,the levels of FBG,2hBG and HbA1c were obviously decreased in both groups（ P 0.01）,and the levels of FBG,2hBG and HbA1c in treatment group were lower than those in control group（ P 0.05,P 0.01）.After treatment,the total score and each dimension score of DSQL were significantly decreased in both groups（ P 0.01）,and the total score and the scores of physiological function and psychology dimensions in treatment group were lower than those in control group（ P 0.01）.Conclusion：＂Wusang Decoction＂combined with western medicine treatment can reduce the levels of biochemical indexes of patients with diabetes and improve the quality of life.
