清宫止血合剂对药物流产后大鼠雌二醇孕酮和人绒毛膜促性腺激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清宫止血合剂治疗药物流产后阴道不规则出血,减少阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,提高完全流产率的机制。方法:制作早孕大鼠药物流产模型。随机分为空白组、模型组、新生化颗粒组及清宫止血合剂高、中、低剂量组,每组8只。连续灌胃7 d后,股动脉采血,用放射免疫分析法观察各组大鼠雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)含量变化。结果:模型组血清E2、P、β-HCG含量与空白组比较差异无统计学意义;清宫止血合剂高、中、低剂量各组血清中E2显著升高,P、β-HCG的含量显著降低,与空白组和模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);其中清宫止血合剂高剂量组效果最为明显(P<0.01),具有一定的量效依赖关系。结论:清宫止血合剂降低药物流产后阴道流血的作用可能与上调E2,下调P、β-HCG水平有关。Objective：To explore the effects of ＂Qinggong Zhixue Mixture ＂ in treating irregular vaginal bleeding,decreasing vaginal bleeding volume,shortening bleeding time and improving the mechanism of abortion rate.Methods：The rats models with early pregnancy were randomized into blank group,model group,＂Xinshenghua Granule ＂ group and ＂Qinggong Zhixue Mixture＂of high,medium and low dose groups,with 8 rats in each group.After intragastric administration,we took the blood sampling.The contents of E 2,P andβ-HCG were observed by radio immunoassay.Results：No significant different was found in the contents of E 2,P andβ-HCG between model group and blank group; the content of E 2 was increased significantly in each ＂Qinggong Zhixue Mixture＂group,and the contents of P andβ-HCG were decreased markedly,with significant difference between blank group and model group（ P 0.05,P 0.01）; the effect of high dose＂Qinggong Zhixue Mixture＂group was most obvious,with a certain dose-effect manner.Conclusion：＂Qinggong Zhixue Mixture＂can reduce the vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.Its mechanism may be association with up-regulation of E 2 and down-regulation of P and β-HCG levels.
