Objective:To investigate of small microparticles(SEMPs)derived from endothelial cells in patients with hypertension and discuss the relativity between SEMPs and endothelial injury in hypertension.Method:17patients with hypertension(hypertension group)and 10healthy(healthy group)were enrolled.Level of small microparticles(including the quantity and positive ratio of CD62E+)derived from endothelial cells was measured by flow cytometry. The size of microparticles was defined by standard bead(0.46μm)for measurement of the level of small microparticles.SEMP value in diagnosis of hypertension was analyzed and threshold was judged by ROC curve. Results:The level of CD62E+SEMP showed no difference between patients and healthy subjects(P>0.05),but the positive ratio of it in patients was significant higher than healthy subjects(P<0.01).ROC Curve area of CD62E+% was 0.865,its Youden indexbased optimal cut-off point was 1.15.Conclusion:Thee positive ratio of CD62E+SEMP shown abnormal rise in hypertension patients,it may provide a new evidence and noninvasive marker for the analysis of hypertension on endothelial cell injury.
