摘　　要：脊髓损伤给患者及社会带来严重的影响,并且传统的各种治疗方法收效甚微。干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤是近年来研究的热点,并且取得了一定成效。牙髓干细胞具有强大的自我更新能力和多向分化能力,目前已经被科学家应用于治疗多种疾病的研究,牙髓干细胞在治疗脊髓损伤上比其他干细胞具有一定优势,给脊髓损伤患者带来了新希望。该文就牙髓干细胞的特性及其在治疗脊髓损伤中的研究进展进行综述。Spinal cord injury leads to serious influence on patients and society, and various traditional treatments have little effect on it. Stem cell transplantation treating spinal cord injury has become a research hotspot in recent years, and has achieved a certain effect. Dental pulp stem cells have strong ability of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation, and have been used in the treatment of various diseases at present, which has brought new hope for patients with spinal cord injury due to its advantages over other stem cells. Here is to make a review of the characteristics of dental pulp stem ceils and their research progress in the treatment Qf spinal cord injury.
