复方薤白胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量测定

摘　　要：目的 :建立复方薤白胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法 :采用 Nova-pak C1 8色谱柱 ,检测波长 345 nm,流动相为乙腈 -0 .0 5 m ol/L磷酸二氢钾 (47∶ 5 3) ,10 0 0 m l中加入十二烷基磺酸钠 1.7g。结果 :盐酸小檗碱在 0 .0 981～ 0 .491μg范围内线性关系良好 ,回收率为 99.7% (n=5 ) ,RSD为 1.9%。结论 :此法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好。Objective: A HPLC method was developed for the determination of berberine in Co. capsule of Xiebai. Methods: Using an Nova pakC 18 column. The mobile phase consisted acelonitrile 0.05 mol/L KH 2PO 4 (47∶53). The UV detection wavelength was 345 nm. The concentration of berberine in Co. capsule of Xiebai was quantified by external method. Results: Within 0.098 1～0.491 μg, berberine had a good linearity. The average recovery was 99.7% (n=5) with RSD 1.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
