艺术铸造中蜡模常见缺陷成因及解决措施

摘　　要：失蜡铸造是艺术铸件的主要成形工艺。通过分析蜡模制作过程中经常遇到的表面鼓包、气泡、错位、披缝、厚薄不均、缩陷、残缺、冷隔等问题,提出了相应的解决措施。Art castings is mainly produced by investment casting.The typical defects occurred in the wax pattern were described,such as bulge,bubbles,dislocation,fins,uneven thickness,shrinkage porosity,misrun and cold shut.Meanwhile,corresponding measures were presented.
