摘 要:目的探讨常熟地区泌尿系结石成分现状,以利于临床进行防治。方法采用结石红外光谱自动分析仪对532例患者的结石标本进行结石成分分析,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果532例泌尿系结石中,男性发病多于女性,男女比例1.67:1;年龄18-98岁,平均(50.07±14.37)岁;青、中、老年龄段比例为1.40:1.22:1,上、下尿路结石比例为8.02:1。单纯性、混合性结石分别占总结石数的27.82%和72.18%;含钙结石检出率最高,达93.05%,感染性结石52.63%,尿酸结石8.08%,黄嘌呤结石0.38%,胱氨酸结石0.19%。各种结石成分在不同性别、不同部位及各年龄段中的分布存在差异。结论结石成分分析对于了解结石成因、指导治疗和预防结石具有重要的意义。Objective To study the constituents of urinary stones in patients in Changshu,in order to provide information for the prevention and treatment of urinary stones. Methods We used infrared spectrophotometry instrument to analyze the urinary calculi constituents of 532 urolithic patients,and then analyzed the results were with clinical data. Results Among the 532 cases,there were more males than females,with a ratio of 1.67 : 1. The age of the patients ranged from 18 to 98 years,av- eraging 50.07 ± 14.37 years,and the ratio of the young, the middle-aged and the old was 1.40 : 1.22 : 1. The ratio of upper and the lower urinary stones was 8.02 : 1. 27.82% was pure stones and 72.18% was mixed stones. The detection rate of calci- um stones, infection stones, uric-stones, xanthic stones, and cystine stones was 93.05 %, 52.63 %, 8.08 %, 0.38 %, 0.19 %, respec- tively. The stone constituents were different in gender and age of patients and location of stones. Gonclusion Analysis of constituents of urinary stones is very important in providing information for the etiology, treatment and prevention of urinary stones.
