烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析小儿烧伤特点,观察、总结烧伤再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤的临床效果。方法将826例患儿分为治疗组(684例)和对照组(142例),治疗组采用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗,对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银混悬液治疗,观察、对比两组患儿治疗效果,总结、分析小儿烧伤特点。结果采用再生医疗技术治疗的患儿,深Ⅱ度创面无瘢痕愈合,Ⅲ度创面遗留轻度瘢痕,无功能障碍,除2例深Ⅲ度创面采用微粒皮种植结合湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗愈合外,其余患儿均自然愈合,较对照组疗效显著。结论应用再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤,具有疼痛不明显,感染率、手术植皮率、瘢痕增生率低,无功能障碍等优点,是治疗小儿烧伤创面的理想技术。Objective To analyze characteristics of pediatric burns, and also to observe and summarize clinical effects of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of pediatric bums. Methods A total of 826 burned children were divided into a treatment group （n =684） and a control group （n = 142）, the former treated with MEBT/MEBO while the latter treated with SD-Ag Suspension; the treatment effects of the two groups were ohserved and compared to summarize and analyze the characteristics of pediatric burns. Results In the treatment group, deep second-degree burn wounds healed without scar formation; third-degree wounds healed with mild scar formation but no dysfunction. Except for 2 cases of deep third-degree wounds being given micro-skin planting in combination with MEBO, all the other cases realized natural healing and the treatment effect was superiur to the control group. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of pediatric burns has such advantages as less pain, lower infection rate, surgical skin graft rate and scar formation rate, no dysfunction, etc. , hence, it is an ideal technology for the treatment of pediatric burns.
