摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤原位再生医疗技术在象皮病残余感染创面治疗中的疗效。方法对1例54岁重度耐药性绿脓假单胞菌感染的象皮肿患者残余创面采用再生医疗技术进行治疗,动态监测创面分泌物培养结果 ,观察治疗效果。结果残余创面感染症状消失,创面完全愈合。结论再生医疗技术治疗象皮病残余感染创面,效果显著,值得临床医生借鉴。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of residual infected wound of elephantiasis. Methods We applied MEBT/MEBO on a 54-year-old patient who had a severely antibiolie - resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infected residual wound caused by elephantiasis. Dynamically monitor the results of wound secrelion culture and observe the therapeutic effect. Results The infectious signs and symptoms were gone and the wound was completely healed. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of the infected residual wound of elephantiasis can achieve significant therapeutic effect and deserves to be referred by clinicians.
