窄谱中波紫外线联合华洁乐溶液治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合华洁乐溶液治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:135例寻常型银屑病患者分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各45例,治疗组患者NB-UVB光疗,3次/周,外用华洁乐溶液,2次/d,疗程8周;对照1组患者NB-UVB光疗,3次/周,疗程8周;对照2组患者外用华洁乐溶液,2次/d,疗程8周。结果:治疗组患者治疗后有效率为95%;对照1组患者治疗后有效率为75%;对照2组患者治疗后总有效率为72.5%。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组疗效比较差异均有显著的统计学意义(χ2=4.285 7,P=0.038 4;χ2=6.156 0,P=0.013 1);对照1组与对照2组疗效比较差异无显著的统计学意义(χ2=0.182 2,P0.669 5)。三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:NB-UVB联合外用华洁乐溶液治疗寻常型银屑病是安全的、有效的。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of NB - UVB combined with Hua Jie Le solution in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Method One hundred and thirty- five cases with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group ,control group 1 and control group 2 randomlyForty - five patients in the treatment group were treated with NB - UVB 3 times weekly and topical treated with Hua Jie Le solution twice every day for 8 weeks~ Forty - five patients in the control group 1 were treated with NB - UVB 3 times weekly. Forty- five pa- tients in the control group 2 were topical treated with Hua Jie Le solution twice every day for 8 weeks~ Results The effective rate were 95% ,75% and 72.5 % in the treatment group, control group 1 and control group2, respectivelyThe effective rate of treatment group were statistically significant higher than that of the control groupl and control group 2 （X2 = 4. 285 7 ,P = 0. 038 4 ;X2 = 6. 156 0, P = 0. 013 1 ） ~ The effective rate of control group 1 was no statistically significant higher than that of control group 2 （X2 = 0. 182 2, P = 0. 669 5 ）. No marked side effects were observed in three groups. Conclusion Our results showed that NB - UVB combine with Hua Jie Le solution are ef- ficacy and safety in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
