摘　　要：目的:探讨自体刃厚皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗混合度烧伤的临床疗效。方法:分析收治的30例不同深度的烧伤患者临床资料,依据创面治疗方式的不同进行随机分为观察组(自体刃厚皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗组)20例和对照组(单纯生自体刃厚皮移植治疗组)10例。结果:观察组烧伤患者术后换药次数、创面愈合时间和换药的疼痛评价均优于对照组,研究结果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体刃厚皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗混合度烧伤可以有效的降低换药次数,提高创面愈合效率,减少换药引起的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study clinical curative effect of coverage mixed degree burns by autologous split - thickness skin grafting and biological dressings. Method To analyze mixed degree bums 30 cases patients ,which was to be divided into observation group （autologous split - thickness skin grafting combined biological dressing treatment group） ,20 eases and Control group （ Dan Chun Sheng autologous split -thickness skin grafting treatment group）, 10 cases. Results The postoperative dressing times, wound healing time and treatment of pain assessment of observation group were better than control group, Differences in the results were statistically significant. Conclusion Covers the treatment of mixed degree bums can effectively reduce the switching frequency by autologous split - thickness skin grafting and biologi- cal dressings,which is improved Wound healing efficiency and decreased Treatment of pain,which is to be used.
