摘　　要：目的:探讨未足月胎膜早破期待治疗的母儿监测及护理措施。方法:对收治的未足月胎膜早破孕妇98例,在进行基础护理的同时进一步加强孕妇分娩期的护理工作,并对其母儿预后情况进行回顾性分析。结果:所有孕妇都没有出现宫内感染或产后感染问题,新生儿预后Apgar评分在7分以上的概率达到了91.84%。结论:由于未足月胎膜早破孕产妇在分娩的过程中存在较大的思想压力,住院时间相对较长,所以在产前做好各项监测工作并给予适当的护理干预措施有利于改善新生儿的预后。Objective To investigate before term premature rupture of membranes to treat mother son of monitoring and nursing meas- ures. Method Premature rupture of membranes before term pregnant women had 98 eases, on the bass of nursing at the same time, en- hanced the pregnant woman intrapartum care work, and to his mother and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed. Reslflts All pregnant women were not intrauterine infection or postpartum infection, and prognosis of neonatal Apgar score of at least seven points rate was reaehed 91.84%. Conclusion premature rupture of membranes due to ineomplete maternal have great pressure in the process of childbirth, hospitalization time is relatively long, so prenatal monitoring and appropriate nursing interventions can improve the prognosis of the newborn.
