医院医学伦理审查的规范化管理探析

摘　　要：从医院医学伦理审查规范化管理的现实意义入手,分析医学伦理审查在医学科学发展中的重要性,指出当前医院医学伦理审查中存在的主要问题,从规范人员构成、规范审查内容、规范审查程序、规范后续监督等4个方面阐述医院医学伦理审查规范化管理的实施要点。同时,对医院医学伦理审查规范化管理的保证机制进行探讨,为提高医院医学伦理审查规范化管理水平提供新的思路。The article starts from the practical significance about the standardized management of medical ethical review in hospital, analyzes the importance of ethical review in the development of medical science, and points out the main problems existing in current hospital medical eth- ics review. And it expounds the implementation of medical ethical review of standardized management in hospital from four aspects ： the specifica- tion for personnel, a regulatory review of content, the standard review procedures and the standardized follow - up supervision. At the same time, this paper also discusses the guarantee mechanism of hospital medical ethical review of standardized management, provides a new way for impro- ving the management level of medical ethics review standard in hospital.
